Hello! My name is Janine Guarino and I am currently working on my first book—a memoir about my journey as a queer person from a working class, Italian-American family and the ways I navigate those complicated, humorous, painful, and loving relationships. Last year, I took a leap of faith to leave my social media marketing job to fully dedicate myself to this writing project. I am thrilled to connect with other writers as well as folks in the book publishing industry at Muse & The Marketplace.I am born, raised, and still living in Boston with my wife Sarah and our many houseplants. I am deeply dedicated to my yoga practice and my favorite hobby (and where I feel most free!) is dance.
